YOGA CLASS

1 single lesson is 10 euro. Then we have promotions, for example:

3 lessons pack became 25€.

All the classes are done in our specific Yoga garden.

Each class provide yoga mat, block, stretching strap and warm blanket. The total duration is around 60 minutes.

Most of the yoga we practices is Hatha and Vinyasa.

Starting with pranayama, sun salutation, different asanas and savasana. 

Always ending with a flower infusion. The perfect mix to reach our soul and open our happiness seals.
