YOGA CLASS
1 single lesson is 12 euro. Than we have promotions, ask us directly :-)
All the classes are done in our private Yoga Deck, in our marvelous backyard
Each class provide yoga mat, block, stretching strap and warm blanket. The total duration is around 90 minutes.
Most of the yoga we practices is Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin.
Starting with shavasana, pranayama, sun salutation, different Asana and relax with tibetan singing bowls.
Always ending with a garden infusion. The perfect mix to reach our soul and open our mind.
